This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you play our mini games on TikTok or visit our website (cosinegames.com), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.
1. Who we are
The personal information controller (also called "handler" or "data controller") is:

In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Cosine Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. "Games" means the mini games we publish on TikTok.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the Games. We do not ask for your real name, phone number, email address (unless you write to us), contacts, photos, or precise location.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. We do not make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.
4. Advertising and TikTok
The Games run inside the TikTok app. Ads in the Games (such as rewarded video ads and interstitial ads) are served by TikTok, and in-game purchases are processed by TikTok. TikTok may collect information about you when you use the TikTok app, view ads, or make payments, under TikTok's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which we do not control. You can manage ad personalization in your TikTok app settings.
5. How we share information
We share personal information only in these cases:
- TikTok, as the platform that hosts the Games, handles login, payments and ads.
- Service providers that host our servers and website or help us operate the Games (for example, cloud hosting providers). They may use the information only to provide services to us and must protect it.
- Legal reasons: when required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or a lawful request from a competent authority, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our players, the public, or us.
- Business changes: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred, and we will inform you as required by law.
- With your consent, in any other case.
6. International transfers
We are based in the People's Republic of China. Our game servers are located outside mainland China, in the Republic of Korea (Seoul). Our website is hosted in the People's Republic of China. Our staff in China may access your information to operate and support the Games. TikTok and our service providers may process information in other countries.
The data protection laws of these countries may differ from those of your country. We have reviewed the personal information protection systems of the countries involved, including the People's Republic of China (whose main law in this area is the Personal Information Protection Law). Wherever your information is processed, we protect it as described in this policy and take the safeguards required by applicable law, such as contractual protections with service providers and the security measures described in Section 8.
7. How long we keep information

When the retention period ends, we delete the information or make it anonymous so it can no longer identify you.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that limit access to authorized personnel only, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will take remedial action and notify you and the authorities as required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- receive your information in a portable format and transfer it to another service;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing done before the withdrawal;
- ask us to explain the rules of our processing; and
- lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How to make a request: email support@cosinegames.com and include your player ID shown in the Game's settings screen (Settings > About, shown as "UID"), so that we can find your data. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. We do not charge a fee. We will respond without undue delay and within the time required by the law that applies to you, and in any case within 30 days.
Other choices:
- You can revoke the Game's access to your TikTok profile in your TikTok app settings.
- Uninstalling or no longer opening a Game stops new collection; your existing data is handled as described in Section 7.
10. Children
The Games are not directed at children under 13. To play, you must meet the minimum age required to use TikTok in your country. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please play only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child below the age at which local law requires parental consent, without that consent, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe this has happened can contact us at support@cosinegames.com.
11. Additional information for certain regions
Japan
- Business name, address and representative: Cosine Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd.; the address in Section 1; Legal Representative: Zhang Xiaoyun.
- The purposes of use are listed in Section 3. We do not use personal information beyond those purposes without your consent, except as permitted by law.
- We do not provide personal data to third parties except as described in Section 5 or as permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
- Information on the foreign countries where personal data is handled, and their protection systems, is in Section 6.
- Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, and deletion can be made as described in Section 9.
Brazil
- The controller is Cosine Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. Our channel for data subjects and the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD) is support@cosinegames.com.
- You may exercise the rights in Article 18 of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) as described in Section 9, and you may file a complaint with the ANPD.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If the changes are significant, we will give you notice in the Game or on our website before they take effect, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
